Your Remodeling Journey

We acknowledge the significance of your project as a valuable investment and rest assured that our team possesses the necessary expertise that justifies the investment. Allow us to outline how our capabilities will be showcased:

1. Discovery Meeting:

We start your journey here; we are committed to ensuring that our clients feel understood and valued throughout the project's duration. At this meeting, we dedicate 30-60 minutes to getting to know you and your needs better. We do this meeting in our design center or a virtual meeting, whichever is easier for you.

During the meeting, we will: 

  • Listen attentively to what you have in mind and offer empathetic advice. 
  • Talk through your goals, desires, and any fears you may have regarding the project. 
  • Discuss your vision on a higher level, without getting bogged down in small details. 
  • Explore the feasibility of your ideal budget range. 
  • Explain that while we won't know the exact cost of your project at this point, discussing some practical numbers will help us direct you in the best way forward. 
  • Allow ample time for you to ask questions and seek clarification. 
  • Share our process and the next steps with you to ensure that you are informed every step of the way. 

2. PHASE I – Project Design:

a. Design Agreement Signed: To get started on bringing your vision to reality, we will need to ensure that all the necessary paperwork and payments are taken care of. Once you have signed the Design Agreement and paid the retainer, we will begin the design process immediately.

b. Site Visit: To ensure that the design concept can be executed to perfection in your home, we will schedule a visit to your home to evaluate the existing conditions, take precise measurements, gain a thorough understanding of the space, and assess any potential challenges that may arise during the project and use their experience and knowledge to identify suitable solutions. 

c. Design Phase: We will create a design concept that meets your requirements and present it to you for review and feedback. Our team will work with you to refine the design until you are completely satisfied. We aim to ensure that you are thrilled with the final design of your space. To achieve this, we will take the following steps:

  • Generate a few preliminary design options or "rough drafts" for you to review with us. 
  • Work together to identify the designs you like the most and narrow down the options. 
  • Refine and improve on the selected design until we arrive at the final solution. 
  • At this stage, we will present 3D renderings of designs for all cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, and basement bars, which is an exciting step towards realizing your vision. 

d. Trade walk: We will walk through the site to review the proposed design and identify any potential issues that could affect the construction process. Our team will leverage their expertise to ensure that every aspect of the design is practical and feasible.

e. Proposal Presentation: We present a detailed proposal that includes the final design, project timeline, and cost estimates. Our team will provide a comprehensive breakdown of all costs and ensure you fully understand what you are paying for. 

f. Contract Signed: Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will sign a construction contract that outlines the project scope, cost, and timeline. Our team will ensure that every aspect of the contract is clear and transparent, and we will answer any questions you may have. 

3. PHASE II – Product Selection

a. Finalize Selections: We will work with you to select the materials, finishes, and fixtures for the project. Our team will ensure that every aspect of the design is consistent with your vision and meets your expectations. We have an interior designer to aid and assist you in making your selections.

4. PHASE III – Production

a. Project Scheduling: Our production team will create a detailed construction schedule that outlines the timeline for each phase of the project. Our team will ensure that the project is completed on time, correctly, and within budget.

b. Pre-construction Meeting: We will meet to review the construction schedule and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Our team will communicate regularly to inform you of the project's progress.

c. Project Start: The construction phase will begin, and our team will oversee the project to ensure that it adheres to the design plan. We will ensure that every aspect of the construction process meets our high standards.

d. Project Completion: Once the construction is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that everything is up to your satisfaction. The project is considered complete once you sign off on the final product. Our team will be there every step of the way to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
